As Pete Duel. Playing: Hannibal Heyes aka Joshua Smith. Also starring Ben Murphy as Kid Curry aka Thaddeus Jones. Season One (including the pilot episode) of the series is available from Amazon.

How to Steal An Airplane (aka Only One Day Left Before Tomorrow)

Playing: Sam Rollins. Originally filmed as: The Scavengers (1968).

The Psychiatrist: God Bless the Children (aka Children of the Lotus Eater)

Playing: Casey Poe. Claimed to be one of Pete Duel’s favorite roles. The movie was the pilot for the series, The Psychiatrist.

Cannon for Cordoba (aka Dragon Master)

Playing: Andy Rice. The movie was filmed in Spain. It recently aired on Showtime.

The Young Country

Playing: Honest John Smith. The unsold TV pilot also starred Roger Davis, the actor who replaced Pete Duel in Alias Smith & Jones after his death.

Playing: Lew Sawyer. The pilot for the series by the same title.

Playing: Mike Brewer. Pete played a pilot; in real life, he had dreamed of becoming an airline pilot but, due to vision issues, was not qualified.

As Peter Deuel. Playing: David Willis. Also starring Judy Carne.

Wounded In Action (W.I.A.)

Playing: Pvt. Myers. It was filmed in the Philippines some time in 1962 or 1963.

Gidget
1965-1966
As Peter Deuel. Playing: John Cooper, Gidget’s brother-in-law. Starring Sally Field. Gidget is available on VHS from Amazon.
